Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Mobile Outreach Department.
Background
The Mobile Outreach Department was budgeted in Fiscal Year 2018 to purchase 3 vehicles. They were ordered and 2 were received. One of the vehicles broke down just prior to delivery and was not able to be delivered before the end of the Fiscal Year. The vendor also failed to install the vaults in each vehicle and are scheduled to do so the first week of October 2018.
