Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the FY 2019 Williamson County Resolution for the Indigent Defense Grant Program.
Background
Funding period is October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. Approval of ths Resolution by Commissioners' Court is required for eligibility. The County has participated in this grant for many years. The signed Resolution is due for submission to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission by November 15, 2018.
