Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the 3rd supplemental agreement between KA Hickman Architects and Interior Designers, LLC and Williamson County for architectural and engineering services in the not-to-exceed amount of $9,350.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.  

Background

The supplemental agreement is for the finish out and audio/video design for the unfinished shell space to create a useable meeting space. The department point of contact is Dale Butler. This expenditure will be charged to P325 Georgetown Annex which was approved as a capital request for FY2019.
