Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on amending the current agreement between Pictometry International Group and Williamson County to reduce the cost of aerial imagery collection through cost sharing, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The proposed amendment will allow the county to save the cost of the aerial imagery collection since the counties area of interest will be collected by another agency. Adding the amendment to our current contract will save the County an estimated $7,000 over the next two years of the contract. George Strebel is the Point of Contact, the funding source approved: Proj 366P; Award 366A; Task 3.1.
