Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Cedar Park regarding improvements to and annexation of County Road 272.
Background
The improvements to CR 272 would include the reconstruction of a low water crossing. The City of Cedar Park will be responsible for the design and construction of the low water crossing, with cost participation from the County, and upon execution of this agreement, will immediately begin annexation proceedings for the entirety of CR 272.
