Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #1807-245 Bulk Fuel for Williamson County to the lowest and best bidder, Petroleum Traders Corporation.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed bids for bulk fuel. 1,765 vendors were notified of the solicitation, 44 viewed the solicitation and 6 bids were received. After review and evaluation of the bids, it was determined that Petroleum Traders Corporation would provide the best value for the county. The funding for this is coming out of 0880.0882.003301. $1.3 million has been budgeted for fuel in the FY18-19 Budget.
