Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the software maintenance renewal from Environmental Systems Research Institute in the amount of $60,823.18, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-TSO-3446.
Background
Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) was exempted as a Sole Source provider for the Geographical Information System (GIS) software by Commissioners' Court on 11.29.2016. The software maintenance dates for the renewal are 12.14.2018 - 12.13.2019. The department point of contact is Tammy McCulley. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004505. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.
