Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Merit - Veteran Services Department.
Background
Each year when budget is loaded, we must manually back out merit from each salary line (object code 1100) and put it into the appropriate merit line (object code 1130). During a reconciliation of the Manager's Portal we discovered PCN 1615 merit in the amount of $1544.95 was not moved out of the salary line and needs to be moved into 8001-001130 (County Judge/Merit). This transfer will make that correction.
