Recognize Valerie Zimmerman, former Veteran Service Employee being recognized as Veteran Service Officer of the Year for 2017, Central Texas Region.
Background
The Veteran Service Officers Association of Texas gives recognition every year for a Veteran Service Officer who has excelled at their position. This award is nominated by Supervisors and other peers in their District. Ms. Zimmerman, who has unfortunately left Williamson County for another position, has been awarded this recognition. It is important to note that this is also a recognition for the work that this Department does and continues to do.
The Award will be presented by Thomas Belton, current Vice President of the Association.
