Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Regional Animal Shelter Expansion Project; Change Order # 9 in the amount of $17,960.00 to approve existing contract funding for miscellaneous subcontractor scopes of work that are necessary to complete the project based on the original design intent. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers Contingency.
Background
Change Order to fund additional flashing, roofing and flooring scopes of work for items that needed additional work due to field conditions differing from the original design specifications. This work is based on RFI’s, ASI’s and Owner meeting discussions.
