Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for Signs and Markers under IFB #1811-275.
Background
Williamson County is seeking qualified companies to provide for purchase: road sign material, delineators, object markers and traffic control devices per applicable Texas Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges 2014, Texas Department of Transportation Departmental Materials Specifications and Standard Sheets included in this IFB. The contract duration is for one (1) year with two (2) annual renewal options. The department point of contact is Terron Evertson. This exependiture will be charged to 01.0200.0210.003553. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.
