Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for merit - Parks Department.
Background
Each year when budget is loaded, we must manually back out merit from each salary line (object code 001100 or 001101) and put it into the appropriate merit line (object code 001130). During a reconciliation of the Manager's Portal we discovered an additional 679.63 more should have been deducted from the PT salary line and moved to merit. The reconciliations are finished and this should be the last of the corrections.
