1:30pm Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding capital improvement projects to include the projects and budgets for the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Capital Improvement Programs; the 2013 Park Bonds, and the 2015 Certificate of Obligation.
Background
In the FY19 General Fund Budget $14,991,449.23 was funded for the Capital Improvement Plan from a combination of cash ending and the levy. The remaining balances from FY13, FY14, FY15, FY17, FY18, and FY19 unallocated funds total $3,477,775.26. The FY19 CIP projects previously approved total $12,753,590.00. Available funds left to spend total $5,715,634.49. Attached is the CIP Request List and the FY19 Approved List. David Wegmiller, Financial Advisor, of Specialized Public Finance will be available to review financing options for capital projects.
