Background
Agreement for Consolidation of Maintenance of Birth and Death Records
Pursuant to House Bill 906, 70th Legislature – Regular Session, an agreement is made to consolidate birth and death records by having the Williamson County Clerk’s office act as registrar for Justice of the Peace, Precinct #4, and the duty of registering birth and deaths transferred to the County Clerk effective January 1, 2019.
