Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing approval of service agreement for Extended Protection Monitoring Services between Williamson County and ADT Protection 1, for a reoccurring monthly service charge of $50.00, ($25 per building), per agreements #890449341 and #890449371, and authorizing execution of the agreements.
Background
These agreements were put in place during the previous Parks Director’s tenure. Legal would like to note that the vendor is not willing to modify their contract to County standards nor are they willing to sign the agreement ahead of court approval. However, we have limited options from providers and the service is on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at anytime. Department Contact is Randy Bell, funding source 01.0100.0510.004500.
