Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for various departments to cover work comp charges for 2019-2020.
Background
Each year the Bugdet Office uses estimates provided by the Texas Association of Counties (TAC) to provide budgets for departmental work comp line items. TAC later looks at actual payroll and actual claims, makes adjustments and prepares an invoice for the year. Based on funds needed to cover the invoice in full, we have prepared and attached a line item transfer to facilitate this payment.
