Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Professional Services Agreement between Williamson County and Balcones Geotechnical, LLC. to provide Geotechnical Engineering Services for theInner Loop Carport & Justice Center Server Room Projects and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Purchasing solicited an informal Request for Qualifications for geotech services for the Inner Loop Carport and Justice Center Server Room projects. 3,859 vendors were invited to submit SOQs of which 32 vendors reviewed the solicitation and 4 vendors responded. The responses were evaluated and a PSA was negotiated with the top ranking firm Balcones. Point of contact is Dale Butler. Funding will be provided by project funds as needed.
