Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving two Interlocal Agreements between Liberty County and Williamson County for the sale of two surplus patrol vehicles in accordance with TX Local Gov't Code 263.152 (a) (1).
Background
Williamson County has retired two patrol vehicles and are willing to provide one (1) used, safe, well-maintained and operable surplus patrol vehicle to Liberty County for Constable Precinct #4 and one to Constable Precinct #6 at a fair rate not to exceed $8,170.78 each. Williamson County has sold a total of 13 patrol vehicles to Liberty County's Sheriff's Office (6), Constable Pct#3 (2), Constable Pct#5 (2), Mental Health Investigators (2) and Courthouse Security Officer (1) since March 27, 2018.
