Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision - Precinct 3.

Background

This preliminary plat was last revised and approved on November 10, 2015.  Since the last re-approval, the Developer has requested some additional changes to the roadway and lot layout within the development.  These changes are as follows.  In Section 6B, the roadway and lot layout were reconfigured with an increase of 12 lots.  In Section 7, the previous 27 lots were split into two sections, 18 lots in Section 7 and 9 lots in new Section 1E.  In Sections 8 & 9, the 90 foot lots were changed to 45 foot lots with an increase of 47 lots.  In Section 11, a street connection was added connecting to Section 19 and lots along this street were revised with an increase of 3 lots.  In Sections 17 & 20, the roadway and lot layout were reconfigured with an increase of 61 lots, now known as Sections 20A, 20B & 20C.  Also, as part of this revision, the County worked with the developer to include future turn lane improvements on Ronald Reagan Boulevard at both Elizabeth Park Boulevard and Augustine Way.  These future improvements are timed with certain stages as the development of this Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 continues to progress.
