Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on creation of a subcommittee to review recommended changes to the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations.

Background

It is recommended that a subcommittee of the following individuals review recommended changes to the Subdivision Regulations and present their recommendations to the Commissioners Court on or before June 2nd:

County Engineer - Terron Evertson
Two Developer Representatives
Engineer Representative
Home Builder Representative
Attorney - Charlie Crossfield
Commissioner Valerie Covey
Commissioner Cynthia Long

The last review of the Subdivision Regulations was adopted January 18, 2018 by the Commissioners Court. Review of the Subdivision Regulations is necessary due to the rapid growth of the county and the increasing number of subdivisions.
