Background
The supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse PEC an additional $9,828.46 for costs incurred due to a change in construction relocation methods, because PEC facilities had to remain energized for the signal operation during construction.The actual cost of the relocation is increased by $9,828.46 to a new total cost of $14,380.19, with 100% being reimbursed by the County for a total estimated reimbursement of $14,380.19. The final invoice will be subject to review by the auditor's office prior to payment.
