Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Sonterra West Section 12 Phase 1 subdivision - Precinct 3.

This is the first phase of the Sonterra West Section 12 development.  The Sonterra West Section 12 preliminary plan was previously approved on April 17, 2018.  This phase consists of 96 single family lots, 1 green space lot, 2 green space & drainage easement lots and 4,136 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $13,537 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2018-09-26 – 1^st review with comments
2018-09-28 – 2^nd submittal of final plat
2018-10-31 – final plat review fees paid and major comments clear, waiting on completion of construction or bonding
2019-01-28 – 3^rd submittal of final plat with request to bond for the remaining construction
2019-01-29 – 3^rd review with minor comments
2019-01-30 – 4th submittal of final plat, financial security of $13,537 received, all comments cleared
2019-01-31 – Placed on 2019-02-05 Court agenda
