Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding a Resolution approving Orchard Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Bonds, loans and/or obligations for the benefit of Hill Country Christian School of Austin in compliance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code (Note: The bonds are not a liability of Williamson County.)

The Loan will be issued for Hill Country Christian School of Austin for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction, renovation and/or equipping of an approximate 22,187 square foot athletic multipurpose building located at 3400 Hatch Rd, Cedar Park, Texas.  Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code requires that the governmental unit in which the facility is located approve the bonds.  Documentation is attached showing that they have met the requirement of a public hearing following reasonable public notice.  They are not a liability of the County.
