Background

This proposed subdivision consists of 9 lots and no new public roads.
 
Timeline
2018-03-23 – 1st submittal received with application and preliminary plat review fee
2018-05-25 – 1st review complete with comments (incl. regarding additional right-of-way necessary for the transportation plan).
2018-08-01 – 2nd submittal received
2018-09-11 – Discussion with Floodplain Administrator (no floodplain study required)
2018-09-12 – 2nd review complete with comments
2018-09-12 – 3rd submittal received
2018-10-23 – 3rd review completed (all comments clear aside from right-of-way for the transportation plan)
2018-11-09 – County prepares an exhibit detailing the additional right-of-way necessary for the transportation plan
November 2018 – January 2019 – discussions between Owner, County and Surveyor regarding additional right-of-way necessary for the transportation plan
2019-01-24 – Owner decides that they do not want to sell the additional right-of-way to the County
2019-02-07 – preliminary plat placed on the 2019-02-12 Court agenda
