Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Experian Information Solutions, Inc and Williamson County for Precise ID Services and authorizing execution of the documents.

Approval of these documents will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department.  These documents include a government credentialing application, standard terms and conditions, a consumer services schedule, a precise ID services supplement, a pricing exhibit as well as a death master file addendum. Term of this contract is 1 year.  Legal has approved these documents.  IT has approved this service.  Pricing for this service includes a $3,000 implementation fee and a $79.20 Web UI annual fee allowing for up to 360 transactions.  Each additional transaction will be $0.22.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0377.0377.004506. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget.  Department contact is Jenifer Favreau.
