Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a three year agreement between Stryker and Williamson County related to LifeNet Asset services for EMS patient care monitors.
Background
The LIFENET System Asset allows EMS to manage all patient care monitor devices from one place. This web-based tool allows EMS to track equipment readiness, manage setup options, update software and receive notifications about potential device issues. The agreement was reviewed by Williamson County legal, audit and purchasing.
