Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Bricks R Us, Inc. and Williamson County for fundraising services to support the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
The Bricks R Us fundraising program will set up a donor site for the animal shelter. Bricks will be purchased through the donor site via credit card using BRU's account. BRU will charge a 3.5% total processing fee as well as a $.30 transaction fee. BRU will send a monthly statement outlining the total amount owed to the animal shelter, minus transaction fees, which will be sent by ACH. Department contact is Cheryl Schneider.
