Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Investment Advisory Services contract, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for a two-year term, covering September 7, 2019 - September 6, 2021, with Hilltop Securities Asset Management, Inc., f/k/a First Southwest Asset Management, Inc.
Background
This is a two-year renewal period. This expenditure will be for FY20, however it has been budgeted annually through the County Judge's budget under investment advisory services 01.0100.0409.004100. The primary point of contact is Scott Heselmeyer.
