Background

This is a replat of Lots 1, 4, 32 & 33 of the Bear Creek Ranch Unit 4 subdivision to be known as the Eastburn Acres subdivision.  The subdivision consists of 9 lots and no new public roads.

2018-02-07 – 1st review complete with comments
2019-06-06 – 2nd submittal of replat
2019-07-03 – 2nd review complete with comments
2019-07-23 – 3rd submittal of replat
