Background
A letter from Chief Appraiser, Alvin Lankford is attached that summarizes the election procedures that are specified in Section 6.039e) of the Texas Property Tax Code. Hal Hawes drafted the attached resolution for Board of Director nomination that is due before October 15th, 2019. The attachment (Votes Available) shows the votes available to taxing jurisdictions. Williamson County has 1,050 votes available in 2019.
