Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a second Addendum to the Master Service Agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc., originally approved on 3/5/2019 under agenda item #44, to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $265,000 and authorizing the execution of the Addendum.

This addendum to the Master Services Agreement is covered under BuyBoard Contract #574-18. The not-to-exceed amount of $265,000 is for any 12-month term under this agreement. The first addendum was to increase the original not-to-exceed amount from $150,000 to $250,000 and was approved under agenda item #22 on 07/16/2019. This expenditure may be charged to various funds/ line items, such as, but not limited to: 100-0509-4509,4510,5300 and other department specific line items and projects, if necessary. Funding was approved in the FY19 budget and as this contract crosses fiscal years, there will be FY20 funding utilized as well.
