Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the annual System Support Agreement with Infax, Inc for system and maintenance support of the Electronic Docket System covering the term of 10.1.19 through 9.30.20 for the annual amount of $8,300.
Background
This is for system and maintenance support of the Electronic Docket System installed at Williamson County's court locations. Infax Court Docketing Maintenance is for the digital monitor displays outside the courtrooms that show the dockets and other court information, the expenditure is for FY20 budget under Software Maintenance, 0100.0503.004505. The department point of contact is Alison Gleason.
