Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the policy for Technology Services Support for Non-County Public Safety Agencies.

This is a revision to a policy last passed in 2011 and is needed for the Interlocal agreement with Liberty Hill ISD Police Department. It is Exhibit C in that agreement. The major revision was to eliminate the ability (and charges) to use County IT as agency's IT provider (e.g. anti-virus, Windows users issues) outside of the support of the public safety software. The charges for those services were originally added to be a disincentive to every non-County agency using Technology Services as their total IT provider, but it has never been necessary to do, and we would like to eliminate it from future policy.
