Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on designating the Williamson County Engineer as the Williamson County Commissioners Court’s designee for approvals, approvals with conditions or disapproval of plat applications and agreements relating to extensions of plat application review times pursuant to Chapter 232 of the Texas Local Government Code.
Background
By assigning the County Engineer as the Court’s designee, Williamson County will be positioned to continue providing high quality customer service and to comply with changes required by HB 3167.
