Background
This is for Judge Hallford’s Office Suite Renovation project. The quotation includes a detailed scope of work in the amount of $5,648.45. With the possibility of inclusion of Alternate 1, the total is $6,848.45. The point of contact is Bob Lubecker. Funding Source is 100.1009.4509 approved for FY2020. There is no signature required on the quote as it is an exhibit to and referenced in the signed agreement.
