Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment #1 to the Williamson County Juvenile Services Aramark Food Service contract to acknowledge Armark's financial commitment of up to $15,000 for a convection steamer.

Amendment #1 to the Juvenile Food Services contract outlines the terms of Aramark's financial commitment of up to $15,000 for a convection steamer.  This financial commitment was originally part of their proposal to RFP #1903-307.  This amendment is simply for the "avoidance of doubt" that the parties mutually agree that the provision from Aramark's proposal is added to the agreement.  Legal, Contract Audit and the Auditor's Office have reviewed this.  Department contact is John Pelczar.
