Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on contract amendment #2 to the Williamson County Juvenile Services Aramark food service contract to add a mid-morning snack service.

Amendment #2 outlines the addition of a mid-morning snack to Juvenile Services youth at the same snack price as listed in Attachment A of the original agreement, $2.448.  This snack service does not incorporate a snack machine.  The cost of introducing an additional snack will depend on the number of youth in attendance.  Based on previous data Juvenile Services averages about 225 snacks per week that estimates out to about $17,500 for the remainder of the fiscal year.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0576.003306.  Department contact is John Pelczar.
