Background
This proposed subdivision consists of 306 lots, 8 green space/drainage/utility lots and 9,158 feet of new public roads. It is anticipated that the subdivision will be developed in two phases. This development was previously known as Eastwood Phase 3.

2020-01-06 – 1st review complete with comments
2020-02-19 – 2nd submittal of preliminary plat
2020-03-02 – 2nd review complete with comments
