Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on allowing the Williamson County Elections Department to use the vacant space at 909 S. Austin Avenue, Georgetown, Texas for election services in relation to the July 14th Runoff election and the November 3rd General Election.

Background

The Elections Department's space is currently undergoing an extensive remodel project at the Inner Loop Annex. While this project is in process, the Elections Department is in need of alternative space to prepare for the upcoming July 14, 2020 Democratic Primary election, as well as the November 3, 202 General election. The currently vacant space at 909 S. Austin Avenue in Georgetown has been toured and would sufficiently meet the needs of the Election Department at this time.
