Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease agreement between Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Williamson County for a postage meter lease in the amount of $314.02 per month, pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #576-18, and authorizing execution of the lease.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. Lease is for 60 months at a monthly rate of $314.02 monthly billed quarterly at $942.06. Legal and the Auditor's office have reviewed the lease. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0492.004216. Department contact is Jenifer Favreau.
