This Change Order modifies the contract to require that Chandler Creek, LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership (collectively referred to as "Seller" be an additional insured to Capital excavation's (Contractor) commercial general liability (CGL) insurance policy and to their commercial auto liability (Auto Liability) insurance policy. Adding the Seller to the Contractor;s insurance was in the terms and conditions of the Real Estate Contract between the Seller and Williamson County. The Real Estate Contract was finalized after the plans were completed. Refer to the attached Real Estate Contract (Special Provisions, Pg. 3, 2nd paragraph, section 8), Chandler Creek, LP must be named on the above policies prior to entering the property.
