Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the disposal of various county vehicle and equipment assets through Inter-departmental Transfer including twelve (12) Chevrolet Tahoes, pursuant to Tx. Local Gov’t Code 263.152.
Background
Please see attached list for details. These vehicles were previously approved for Auction by Commissioners Court but are temporarily being repurposed to Road & Bridge for use during response to the Covid-19 emergency. This will allow Road & Bridge personnel to maintain safe distancing through assignment of only one person per vehicle.
