Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 6 to the Forest North Drainage contract between Williamson County and K Friese + Associates, Inc relating to the Road Bond Program. Project: P225. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
This item amends the Forest North Drainage contract compensation cap by $100,000.00 increasing it from $675,000.00 to $775,000.00. The additional funds will allow for the execution of Work Authorization #2 for construction phase services on Phase III.
