Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Business Associate Agreement between Cisco Systems, Inc. and Williamson County.
Background
This BAA agreement is to cover the use of Cisco products, including Webex, for HIPAA data. This solution is already owned and in use by the County, and we have similar agreements in place with other technology providers. This BAA has been reviewed and approved, as to form, by Williamson County legal.
