Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for the labor and equipment cost to repair flexible base on the west roadway approach due to a water line break on Remuda Drive on 1/31/2020. The flexible base passed density testing on 1/30/2020 and had to be reprocessed after being saturated by the water leak. The water line break was not caused by the Contractor.
