Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a proposal from TAS Environmental Services, L.P. for Grit Trap Cleaning Services in the amount of $3,109.10, and authorizing execution of the documents.

Background

Approval of this proposal will support the operations of the Williamson County Fleet Department.  The attached Proposal outlines TAS Environmental Services' approach as well as their pricing, terms and conditions.  Additional documents for signature include a Work Authorization and Third Party Authorization Form.  Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed all attachments.  The grit trap cleaning is a part of regular maintenance and is a budgeted expense.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0882.0882.004500.  Department contact is Kevin Teller.
