Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on setting a technology budget for COVID-19 response with CARES Act funding.
Background
Technology Services has been working with County departments on needed hardware, software, and services, to appropriately respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. With this item, Technology Services is seeking approval of a budget for IT spend under the CARES Act funding. Individual purchases will be evaluated to ensure they conform with the requirements for the funding as well as the direction set by the Court.
