Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract between Williamson County and Carrier Commercial Service to provide preventive services on the Air Cooled Chillers at the Williamson County Jail, Justice Center, Cedar Park Annex and ESOC in the amount of $4,574.00 per quarter for a grand total of $18,296.00 per the terms of Buy Board Contract #558-18 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is allowing Carrier Commercial to do Preventive Maintenance on each of the following Air Cooled Chillers at the Williamson County Jail, Justice Center, Cedar Park Annex and ESOC.
