Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #2586 Surveying Services to the overall most qualified respondents Diamond Surveying, Inc., Inland Geodetics, Landesign Services, Inc., McGray & McGray Land Surveyors, Inc., Surveying and Mapping, LLC and Walker Texas Surveyors, Inc. and authorizing execution of the agreements.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed statements of qualifications for Surveying Services. 27 firms participated in the RFQ of which 17 firms submitted a response. The responses were evaluated by an evaluation committee. Diamond, Inland, LSI, McGray, SAM and Walker were determined to be the most qualified firms to provide the services required by the County. Contract amounts will be $300,000.00 for Road Bond Services and $500,000.00 for Road & Bridge Services. Department point of contact is Bob Daigh. Funding source 01.0200.0210.004150 and 2019 Road Bond.
