Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of annual maintenance, support and license fees from Elections Systems and Software in the amount of $245,495, pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #542-17.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. This purchase is for the annual maintenance, license and support fees for Year 2 as outlined in the original agreement approved on 4/30/2019. This expenditure will be charged to two different lines, $110,000 to 01.0100.0492.004506 and $135,495 to 01.0378.0378.004506. Department contact is Christopher Davis.
